The MOA College & Career Center is also known as TRIO Educational Opportunity Center (EOC). We are funded 100% by a grant from the United States Department of Education. Our main objective and passion is to assist interested individuals in exploring career options, applying to college and applying for financial aid. In addition, we also provide math tutoring, foreign degree advising, resume assistance, and community resource referrals. All services we provide are FREE!

Financial aid for college or technical training is available to qualified individuals who apply using the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid ).
